Multicolored Floral Deco “Camel” Lampshade

This is a large one-of-a-kind hand stitched silk lampshade in shades of lavender, peach, chartreuse, dusty teal and metallic gold. It’s made with gorgeous floral and metallic gold embroidered silk net panels from Deco-era France or Germany layered over a lavender and peach silk base along with a gold diamond netting layered over gradient-dyed chartreuse and dusty teal silk. It’s trimmed with clear and lavender chevron glass beaded fringe, gold glass beaded fringe layered over chartreuse rayon twist fringe, and metallic gold braid trim. It also comes with a matching 6” tassel on a 12” ball chain ready to connect to an existing ball chain pull.

This lampshade is made with a spider fitter and is appropriate for a floor lamp or large table lamp. It’s pictured here on an 63” antique floor lamp. I recommend you use an LED with this lampshade to keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I use 40 watt equivalent warm white LED bulbs.
