Spring Green, Red, Pink & Gold Pleated Peony Lampshade

This is a large lampshade in shades of spring green, red, pale pink, and gold. It's made with pleated deep red chiffon layered over pale pink silk charmeuse and metallic gold lace and mesh layered over spring green silk charmeuse. It's trimmed with a large peony appliqué on each side, a vintage gold glass beaded fringe, a pink, cream and red glass beaded fringe, and two kinds of vintage metallic gold braid trim.

This lampshade is made with a spider fitter and is appropriate for a large-sized table lamp or a floor lamp. It’s pictured here on a 63" antique floor lamp with a double socket. I recommend you use an LED with this lampshade to keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I use 40 watt equivalent warm white LED bulbs.
