Ivory & Black "Matador" Lampshade

This is a hand stitched silk lampshade in shades of ivory and black. It's made with pleated black silk chiffon and high quality French Chantilly lace layered over ivory silk charmeuse and lined with ivory habotai. It’s trimmed with black beaded fringe, black rayon twist fringe, and black braid trim.

This lampshade is made with a spider fitter and is appropriate for a medium-sized table lamp with a harp and finial or a narrow socket cluster. It’s pictured on a 20” tall cast iron Tiffany style lamp including a 7.5” harp. This listing is for the LAMPSHADE ONLY, but message me and I can give you some guidance on finding an appropriate lamp to pair with your new lampshade.

I recommend you use an LED or low heat bulb with this lampshade to keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I use a 40 or 60W equivalent warm white bulb.

Please note that while I plan to continue making and restocking this lampshade in small batches, they may vary slightly batch-to-batch due to small differences in the production of the materials used.
