This is a one-of-a-kind hand stitched lampshade in shades of blue, green, cream & gold. It’s made with a “sugared” (AKA glass microbeaded) 1920s fashion plate illustration, a cream velvet burnout layered over powder blue silk charmeuse, pleated emerald chiffon and French blue point d’esprit lace layered over gold silk charmeuse. It’s trimmed with French blue gimp braid and gold/iridescent blue chevron glass beaded fringe.

This lampshade is made with a spider fitter and is appropriate for a medium-sized table lamp with a harp and finial. It’s pictured on a 27” tall lamp. This listing is for the LAMPSHADE ONLY, but message me and I can give you some guidance on finding an appropriate lamp to pair with your new lampshade.

I recommend you use an LED or low heat bulb with this lampshade to keep the silk in its best condition long-term.

Care information

Please use with an LED bulb to minimize heat and keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I like 40 watt equivalent warm white LEDs.

Dust occasionally by blowing with a hair drier on cool/low settings or with a dry cleaning sponge. I like Sparkle Plenty’s “lampshade cleaner” sponge.
