This is a hand stitched lampshade in a sweet feminine style. It's made with a cream rose-embroidered net in an ovular pattern layered over pale lilac silk charmeuse on the large panels and cream lace layered over a slightly deeper lilac silk charmeuse on the small panels. It’s trimmed with faux pearl beaded fringe and cream braid trim.

This color can appear as more of a cool-toned pink than a lilac depending on the bulb you use. I used a warm white bulb in these photos. For more of a true lilac color, I'd recommend a neutral or cool-toned bulb.

This lampshade is made with a spider fitter and is appropriate for a medium-sized table lamp with a harp and finial. It’s pictured on a 19” tall cast iron Tiffany style lamp including a 6” harp. This listing is for the LAMPSHADE ONLY, but message me and I can give you some guidance on finding an appropriate lamp to pair with your new lampshade.

Dimensions:

     10” tall + 4” fringe

     10” wide

I recommend you use an LED or low heat bulb with this lampshade to keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I use a 60W equivalent warm white bulb.

Please note that while I plan to continue making and restocking this lampshade in small batches, they may vary slightly batch-to-batch due to small differences in the production of the materials used.

Care information

Please use with an LED bulb to minimize heat and keep the silk in its best condition long-term. I like 40 watt equivalent warm white LEDs.

Dust occasionally by blowing with a hair drier on cool/low settings or with a dry cleaning sponge. I like Sparkle Plenty’s “lampshade cleaner” sponge.
